Admission FAQs

What do I need to enroll in your beauty school?

In order to enroll you’ll need to meet the following requirements:

Copy of high school diploma or equivalent of a high school diploma (GED and homeschool) or ATB
Be at least 17 years of age
Copy of Driver’s License or Identification Card
Copy of Social Security Card

We’ll also conduct a personal interview so we can get to know you and your goals.

Can I transfer from another beauty school?

Yes! Amenti Beauty Academy accepts transfer students from other cosmetology schools or programs. Provided, the student has fulfilled all obligations to their former school and is no longer attending or enrolled in another school in a similar program.

What are your school hours/schedule?

Amenti Beauty Academy’s operating hours, from Monday to Friday, span 9 AM to 9 PM. Our day class features formal instruction from 9 AM to 10:30 AM daily, while the night class offers instruction from 4 PM to 5:30 PM. These schedules are thoughtfully designed to accommodate students with busy lives, making it possible to pursue their beauty education alongside their other commitments.

When do classes start?

Night Class start dates are any Tuesday during the year. Day class will start on September 26th, 2023. These dates can be adjusted by the school to better facilitate class start dates, check with the school for any potential changes.
